    • Monthly Fee: $99/month, auto-charged to the card on file. Funds are stored as a credit to be used exclusively for neurotoxin (tox) treatments at ZenVita Med Spa.

    • Beauty Bank: Credits never expire but are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Birthday Bonus: Members receive 5 FREE units of tox during their birthday month. Member must be active and in good standing at the time of redemption. Valid once per calendar year.

    • Usage: Banked funds can only be applied to tox services and cannot be used toward retail products, tips, or other treatments unless otherwise specified.

    • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Any unused banked funds will remain available for tox use but the birthday perk will no longer apply.

    • Minimum Commitment: No long-term contract required, but a 2-month minimum is encouraged to redeem birthday benefit
