Use sunscreen daily for 3 weeks prior. Avoid tanning beds and spray tans.

Expect mild redness or swelling for up to 48 hours. Use a cold compress to reduce discomfort.

Avoid hot tubs, saunas, intense workouts, and anything that causes sweating for 24 hours.
