Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit their deposit.

  • Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for one reschedule within 14 days, with the original deposit retained for the booked service.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment can reschedule at any time, using the deposit for the same service, a different service, a product, or gift card – refunds are not provided.

  • Failure to attend or cancel within one hour of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and a charge for the remaining half of all booked services, billed to the card on file.

  • Late arrivals: If you're 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show
